Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, all sales of the Clarke Roast are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the taste profile. However, if you believe there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

For our clothing, we will credit you for returns received within 30 days of purchase. You must include the original receipt, and all tags must be attached. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
